The Club meets in the upstairs meeting room at the Irish Centre (Manor Fields, Watling Street, Bletchley, MK2 2HX).
Our club meetings are generally held on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month, and all meetings start at 19.30 sharp.
Please note that our monthly shack night for the foreseeable future will be held on the 3rd Monday of each month at our Bletchley Park shack, GB2BP, in T.S Invincible, Bld 55. However, in winter we may move some of the nights to other locations.
At shack nights we would like our newer members to come along & operate our station, using the call sign GB2BP. Partake in some logging, discuss operating technique, and generally get the feel for operating, ask questions about CW, HF, Digital Modes & any other radio related subjects. It would also be nice to see the new Intermediate licence holders to make an appearance, you will be able to operate (under supervision) GB2BP with 100 Watts!
Club Programme for 2020
The Club’s comprehensive meeting programme for the first part of the 2020 membership year is now loaded onto our Club diary. We have a lot to look forward to, including the upcoming including the usual events of the MKARS Rally, HF and VHF NFD, and the Club construction Competition leading up to our AGM in mid-October 2020.
