The Milton Keynes Amateur Radio Society (MKARS) annual radio rally is to be held at this superb new location, which has excellent modern facilities together with free on site parking, catering and disabled facilities.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FROM      9AM

The new venue is located near Central Milton Keynes opposite the National Badminton Centre. (Follow the brown shuttlecock signs)

PARKING

Visitors should park in the National Badminton Centre car park opposite Herons Lodge and walk across, there is ample car parking at the Badminton Centre (several car parks).

Disabled visitors (with blue badge) can park inside the Herons Lodge grounds, there will be a traffic marshal at the entrance.

Please DO NOT park on the road or the nearby residents will complain and we will not get the venue in future years. There is adequate parking  at the Badminton Centre.

Traders should enter the Herons Lodge entrance and will be guided to a suitable pitch (or parking if taking an indoor pitch).

Indoor trade stalls, club stall, electronics components tools and accessories. Antenna and rigging hardware, computer and electronics surplus.

TRADER/EXHIBITORS

Arrival (Gates open) from 7am

Outdoor Pitches are up to 5m at £10 or multiples of. We have room for approximately 35 pitches.

Indoor pitches are 3m at £10 or multiples of. We have limited indoor tables to provide, please bring your own if you can. We have room for approximately 20 indoor pitches.

You can pay on the gate on the day but Pre-booking is recommended especially if you want a table indoors, by emailing rally@mkars.org.uk There is no telephone number for booking!

MKARS reserve the right to refuse entry for health and safety reasons if all available pitches are occupied. If you’re travelling long distance please pre-book.
