This club night was supposed to be a focus on Meshtastic and Meshcore but there are changes afoot with Mesh that might invalidate everything we talk about, so we are switching the focus to VARAC instead.

VARAC is a relatively new digital mode that allows real time QSO chat (unlike FT8/4) and is ideal for low bandwidth HF use.

This is new to us as well, so this will be a practical ‘lets try it and see how it goes’ session. We will have stations for 40m and Satellite on QO-100 to try with.

What could possibly go wrong?
