Following on from the previous weeks POTA talk we are actually going to have a go in Lodge Lake Park. This is the park that the Herons Lodge backs onto.
We will meet at the car-park on Bradwell Road on the right after turning off Dansteed Way on the way to the Lodge.
Kit is expected to be an Icom IC-705 and Laszlo’s vertical antenna.
In the event of torrential rain we will meet at Herons Lodge.

If you can’t come along, then listen out for us, we will self-spot on the POTA spotting website just look for M5MK or GB-4754

Arrive at 7.30pm (that’s 18.30 UTC) and setup so should be active by 8.00pm (19.00 UTC)

Our intention is to register and activate as many MK Parks (there are 42 parks in MK owned by the Parks Trust) so look out for future activations, we will have a go at some Park 2 Park activations later in the year.
